Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, Puerto Rico, and all
APO & FPO addresses. Sorry, we do not currently ship to Canada or other
countries. If we are shipping your order to Puerto Rico or an APO / FPO
address or if you specifically request your package to be delivered by U.S.
Mail, your order will be charged based on our U.S. Mail rates, click here.

Why are U.S. mail
rates higher than your standard shipping rates?
We have negotiated competitive rates with UPS for many orders which
are usually lower than the U.S. Postal Rates. To help keep our shipping
costs lower for all customers, we must charge different rates for those
locations outside the continental United States, Puerto Rico, APO/ FPO
locations and for those customers who specifically request their packages
to be delivered by U.S. Mail. Our shipping costs reflect the actual
shipping charges and all special packaging and box requirements for your
order.
| Please note: An additional
surcharge of $15.00 will be added for orders up to $24.99, and a surcharge
of $30.00 will be added for orders over $25.00 delivered to Alaska, Hawaii,
Guam and Puerto Rico. You will see this additional fee added to the
shipping charge during the checkout process. |

Do you offer
expedited shipping?
Yes, besides our standard shipping (some packages ship U.S. Mail,
others UPS) we also offer U.S. Mail (only) shipping, UPS 3 Day Select and
UPS Next Day shipping services. Please allow one business day to process
your order, then begin counting your shipping days.
| Please note: Some
items cannot be shipped via any of our expedited services; we will contact
you for any expedited service request where the charges for your request
are higher than those displayed on your order. Other than standard
shipping, the rates displayed are estimates only, as many packages vary

What is your normal shipping lead time?
Most orders ship from our Riverside, California Processing Center
within two to three business days, however processing times may change
according to order volume or seasonality. Many orders ship within one
business day. Orders which ship directly from
the manufacturer usually take 2 to 5 business days for processing;
actual UPS ship times can vary depending on your delivery location.

tracking system is active after your order has shipped; tracking information is not available for those items
which ship directly from the manufacturer - if you have not received your
order within 14 business days, please call us toll-free at

Special shipping charges apply for orders over $5,000. Please contact
